Prash is a highly skilled and dedicated sports physiotherapist with a strong passion for helping people recover from injury and return to peak performance. With extensive experience across both public and private healthcare sectors, he has worked with prestigious organisations including the NHS, the London 2012 Olympic Games, and elite sporting teams such as Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club and Sussex County Cricket Club.

While his background is rooted in elite sport, Prash now focuses on supporting weekend warriors and individuals with day-to-day musculoskeletal conditions, helping them move better, recover faster, and stay active for life.

Prash has a particular expertise in ACL injuries, utilising advanced trauma management and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques to optimise recovery and long-term outcomes. He also has extensive experience treating a wide range of conditions, including arthritis, back and neck pain, joint replacements, shoulder bursitis, rotator cuff repairs, ankle sprains, work-related injuries, tennis elbow, and post-operative rehabilitation.

Beyond the clinic, Prash is a keen sports enthusiast. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife and young children, sharing activities such as running, cricket, and badminton. As a family, they also love to travel, especially beach holidays where they can enjoy surfing together.
