Dr Lynne Addlem
Lynne is an experienced nurse practitioner, specifically trained in the field of vaccination. She holds the current position as clinical lead and nurse practitioner at the Royal Children’s Hospital Immunisation Service. She has also previously worked in the Emergency department at the RCH and has a wealth of experience working with children of all ages and their families. Lynne has particular interest in BCG vaccination, which is a vaccine highly recommended for young children travelling to countries where tuberculosis is endemic, such as India and China. Lynne brings to our service a wealth of knowledge, expertise and is the first experienced practitioner offering BCG vaccination in Melbourne’s outer western suburbs. Lynne is also available for vaccine hesitancy consultations.
